| A: | Corporations incorporated under the Canada Corporations Act and/or the Ontario Business Corporations Act as well as non-profit agencies and trade associations can join TEC as Associate Members. |

| A: | TEC welcomes members from all industries. |

| A: | It is a risk-free opportunity to achieve economies of scale pricing/savings on a growing list of services and products. |

| A: | You can leave the membership at any time as you are not entering into any long-term commitment. |

| A: | Upon the expiration of your membership (the yearly fee of $100 is non-refundable), your cost saving advantages will also end. |
